AWFUL SMELL!! Jan 31, 2011
By The Penns I'm not sure why I haven't seen this mentioned, but there were very "chemical" fumes when we opened the package. So much so that I couldn't even repackage the item and set it in another room to return. I immediately threw away the packaging and washed the sheets--TWICE--with at least double the normal detergent. I didn't put them in the dryer (who knew what was on the product & what it would do when heated??), and hung them in the laundry room to dry. I sent a message to the company, and I am waiting for a response. Maybe the product itself is fine, but the plastic packaging definitely fails. For a company purporting to be "The best choice for baby" I think some intense investigation into packaging needs to take place. And what good is selling organic items when the packaging negates any environmental benefit? Please email the company about their packaging BEFORE you buy!

best sheet investment I have ever made for the kids. Jan 08, 2011
By Psyche These sheets are amazing! My boys' mattresses are different thicknesses and these are a nice, thick flannel that fit both mattresses very well. As with all new flannel, you need to wash them by themselves first to prevent pilling but after 3 months of continuous use and weekly (or more) washings, they are still very thick, warm and soft.

Soft, washes well, but thinner than expected Dec 30, 2009
By P. Cook If you are looking for a thicker flannel sheet, keep looking. However, while these are thin, they are very soft and wash well.

These smell terrible! Sep 27, 2011
By cpk I can't believe these sheets are organic cotton. They have a horrible chemical smell that does not go away. I have washed them four times and hung them out to air dry and the smell is as strong as it was when I opened the package. It even permeated some other clothes I washed with the sheets. Do not waste your time or money. Thankfully, I can return them with no problem to Amazon.

Not worth the money May 03, 2011
By L. Campbell We recieved these as a gift for our youngest daughter. Right out of the package, they are super soft. After washing, though, they are rough and pilling. We can't use them now because they scratch our baby's skin when she sleeps on them- she wakes up with "sheet burns" all over her face. Definitely not worth your money.
