This is an excellent chocolate bar that you will want to keep the whole box for yourself. The chocolate is not bitter and just the right amount of slight sweetness. The box I received does not expire until 02/09, but I doubt they will last that long. Hopefully when it gets closer to Valentine's Day,Amazon will carry them again. They were an incredible bargain price for 73% cocoa, under 2 dollars each for a 3.2 ounce bar. Wonderful!

CHOCOLOVE chocolate is some of the very best that I have ever,ever tried! Rich, dark and smooth from start to finish without aftertaste nor any bitterness.I purchased a box to use in baking, for decor,chocolate chunks etc..I will be lucky if i'll have any left over to bake with, can't stop eating it! Give Chocolove a try, you will not be sorry. Amazons price is much less than what Chocolove sells for elsewhere - so go ahead, buy a box-BETTER YET,..BUT TWO!
